Job Summary:

Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Mississauga. As a key member of the HR department, this individual will provide essential support to employees and managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
  • Assist with HR-related inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for management review, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support various projects and initiatives within the HR team, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation, guaranteeing a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Administration of leaves, including short-term disability, long-term disability, and WSIB, adhering to relevant legislation.
  • Full cycle recruitment process, encompassing job postings, resume screening, assessment administration, candidate pre-screening, and offer presentation.
  • Candidate coordination, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks as required.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field, with CHRP (or working towards) being an asset.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including Employment Standards, Occupational Health and Safety Act, AODA, and Ontario Human Rights Code.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A team player with strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer:
