Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager of Administrative Operations to oversee the daily operations of our administrative services department at Khalsa School.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. They will also direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.

Key responsibilities include hiring and training staff, planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar position. You should possess strong organizational skills, be a team player, and have knowledge of MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are not required but would be an asset.
