About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrative professional to join our team at RMS Enterprises Ltd. as an Administrative Assistant.

This role will provide the ideal candidate with the opportunity to utilize their excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and manage budgets to control expenditures and optimize resources.
  • Supervise a small team of workers to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Establish and implement effective policies and procedures to drive efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments and plan daily operations to maximize productivity.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Organized and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range

$30,000 - $40,000 per annum based on location and experience.
