Job Description

Cambria College Ltd seeks an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative activities of our establishment. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and refine administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Effectively delegate tasks to office support staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative activities, including budgeting and inventory control.
  • Compile and present reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Oversee and coordinate office operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; additional education an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
