The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business success.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Territory Management: Manage assigned territories, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (desired)
