Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business success.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Territory Management: Manage assigned territories, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- 4-6 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (desired)
