Maintenance Manager Job Description

Fakih Hygiene (Unionvillegate) Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and develop schedules for maintenance and repairs
  • Direct and oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
  • Plan and manage the operations budget
  • Hire and train maintenance staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
