About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Fakih Hygiene (Unionvillegate) Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
  • Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs to ensure they are within budget.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
