Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Executive Maintenance Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to meet the needs of our clients and facilities.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
