About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Fakih Hygiene (Unionvillegate) Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Direct and oversee the maintenance and repair of our machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring that maintenance and repair costs are minimized and that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
