About the Role

Fakih Hygiene (Unionvillegate) Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities' machinery, equipment, and systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
  • Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
  • Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance management
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
