About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategist to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President Sales & Customer Experience, this strategic role aims to boost sales for designated provinces while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth objectives.
- Program Development: Participate in creating various sales programs that meet business needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators linked to sales trends, competitive intelligence, and target business opportunities.
- Budgeting: Collaborate in preparing annual sales budgets and ensure their execution.
- Team Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to the sales team on planning, managing travel, visiting customers, and negotiating agreements.
- Customer Engagement: Accompany and coach sales representatives during visits to strategic customers, helping them maximize sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales performance and propose recommendations to improve results.
- CRM Management: Ensure proper CRM management to stay organized.
