Overview
Pavemetrics, a leading provider of 3D vision systems for the automated inspection of transportation infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Chief Product and Marketing Strategist. Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge sensors and software solutions while providing exceptional after-sale service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product development, launch, and management, as well as optimizing marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.

About You
We are looking for an accomplished professional with a strong background in product management and marketing. Your expertise will enable us to stay ahead in the competitive technology sector. As a seasoned leader, you will motivate and guide your team to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include defining and managing our product portfolio in collaboration with our R&D team, developing and implementing product launch and lifecycle strategies, and ensuring that our products meet market needs through close collaboration with our R&D teams. Additionally, you will conduct thorough market research to identify customer requirements, trends, and competitor analysis, utilizing this information to inform data-driven decisions on growth opportunities and product strategy adjustments. Furthermore, you will create effective marketing plans to promote our products, including advertising campaigns, promotions, and communication materials, design and implement guidelines for product presentations and graphic materials, facilitate smooth communication between departments, reconcile departmental objectives to ensure consistency in product strategy, and lead and motivate the marketing and product management team to drive business success.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess at least 8 years of significant experience in product management and marketing, preferably within the technology or manufacturing sector. A degree in marketing, product management, engineering, or a related field is essential. An MBA would be advantageous. Key skills include excellent market analysis, product strategy, campaign management, leadership, and team management abilities. Strong communication and organizational skills are also crucial. The successful candidate will have a strategic vision, results-oriented mindset, creativity, innovation capability, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mobilize, organize, and evaluate a team of professionals. Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) is required.

What We Offer
We offer a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary ($120,000 - $150,000), flexible working hours, remote work availability, minimum three weeks of vacation upon hiring, five paid days off during office closure for the holiday season, five mobile days off per year, group insurance, and a competitive RRSP program. All positions based in Quebec require full proficiency in French, both written and spoken. Functional skills in English are also necessary to meet the needs of our offices and international customers.
