We're seeking an accomplished Strategic Content Leader who will spearhead impactful communications across various channels, empowering our up-and-coming team to deliver high-quality content. This exceptional leader will leverage their expertise in writing, editing, and creative direction to craft engaging narratives that captivate and educate our distinct audiences.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Content Creation team to develop omnichannel content, guiding content creators in their projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing value-add content for five business units: Cleaning & Hygiene, Safety, Grocery/Retail/Processor, Industrial, and R3 Redistribution.
  • Creating web content using WordPress and posting it to our platforms.
  • Designing and implementing social media content strategies across various channels.
  • Supporting e-commerce teams in crafting accurate and compelling product descriptions for our online platforms.
  • Writing and distributing email communications.
  • Collaborating on the creation of multimedia content, including webinars and other rich media.
  • Maintaining engagement metrics across channels.
  • Assisting in the development of press releases.
  • Designing impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal, customer, and sales support purposes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A graduate degree in Journalism, Media Studies, Advertising, or Marketing Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • No less than 10 years of experience writing and editing content for external audiences.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional research, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • The capacity to work independently and guide/support/develop team members.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator).
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, and email delivery platforms.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition to your compensation package, you can expect:
