Altis Recruitment is seeking a skilled Strategic Marketing Leader to join our team in Burlington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing initiatives and campaigns across email and social media channels that resonate with the advisor channel and help them further support and educate their clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be involved in developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns for the financial services industry that drive awareness and consideration amongst the financial community. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, tools, and resources to effectively engage with advisors throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns and strategies, continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure alignment with the organization's brand, encompassing materials such as white papers, website copy, and more.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, tools, and resources to effectively engage with advisors throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Provide marketing support for events, such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in advertising and marketing.
  • Proven marketing experience in the financial services industry is a strong asset.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and digital advertising techniques.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content that drives engagement.
  • Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and proactively plan, requiring minimal guidance.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

What We Offer:

This is a 100% onsite based role out of our Burlington office. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
