Regional Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager - Construction to join our team in Southern Alberta, reporting to our Calgary location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers, staying up-to-date on market trends and lead generation.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular interactions in the assigned territory.
- Understand, position, and sell the full range of GeoPositioning products offered by Brandt.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators.
- Complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and implement sales plans, marketing strategies, and promotion tactics for the territory.
- Prepare customer status reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow-up, and prospect reports as required.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and energetic entrepreneurial outlook.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
- Ability to present and negotiate with clients.
- Must be available to travel as needed; recent driver's abstract and valid passport required.
