About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager - Construction to join our team in Southern Alberta, reporting to our Calgary location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers, staying up-to-date on market trends and lead generation.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular interactions in the assigned territory.
  • Understand, position, and sell the full range of GeoPositioning products offered by Brandt.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, marketing strategies, and promotion tactics for the territory.
  • Prepare customer status reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow-up, and prospect reports as required.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and energetic entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
  • Ability to present and negotiate with clients.
  • Must be available to travel as needed; recent driver's abstract and valid passport required.
