Regional Business Development Representative

A unique opportunity has arisen to join Suncor's dynamic team as a Regional Business Development Representative. This role will focus on growing the Eastern region SuperPass commercial fleet program through the Petro-Canada Retail and Wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to grow the customer base of approximately 1,000-2,000 accounts annually.
- Promote and demonstrate SuperPass online functionality to customers.
- Prepare pricing proposals, competitive pricing and promotion comparisons for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking an empathetic and solution-focused attitude.
- Analyze monthly portfolio reviews and develop strategic opportunity planning to achieve growth targets.
- A minimum of one to five years of experience in a sales role that requires meeting targets and fostering relationships over the phone or through email.
- Bilingual proficiency in French with excellent communication skills in English.
- Advanced negotiating skills to influence decisions and build positive relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- A self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM, SAP/CCS, and Power BI.
