Job Description:

A unique opportunity has arisen to join Suncor's dynamic team as a Regional Business Development Representative. This role will focus on growing the Eastern region SuperPass commercial fleet program through the Petro-Canada Retail and Wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the customer base of approximately 1,000-2,000 accounts annually.
  • Promote and demonstrate SuperPass online functionality to customers.
  • Prepare pricing proposals, competitive pricing and promotion comparisons for customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking an empathetic and solution-focused attitude.
  • Analyze monthly portfolio reviews and develop strategic opportunity planning to achieve growth targets.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of one to five years of experience in a sales role that requires meeting targets and fostering relationships over the phone or through email.
  2. Bilingual proficiency in French with excellent communication skills in English.
  3. Advanced negotiating skills to influence decisions and build positive relationships.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  5. A self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM, SAP/CCS, and Power BI.
