About the Role

Manulife Financial Corporation, a leading international financial services provider, is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years in compliance or a related field, with experience in MS tools/software, Archer, and/or similar regulatory compliance software. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline/College Diploma in Business Administration is required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the end-to-end regulatory requirement process is complete.
  2. Oversee horizon scanning, impact assessments, and the creation of control procedures in Archer.
  3. Manage national/global regulatory impacts.
