Food Service Manager

At Alberta Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to meet our culinary needs.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and walk frequently.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
