Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Forest Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and food preparation in our dining room.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, and provide support for newcomers and refugees, Indigenous people, and other employees.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
