Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Universal Power Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and perform various administrative tasks.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Organizational Skills: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Technical Skills: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, and maintain and manage digital databases.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, electronic scheduler, database software, project management software, and accounting software.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work with repetitive tasks, work with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
