PAPYRUS PAPER PLUS TRADING INC. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
- Assist with budget planning and expenditure control.
- Perform data entry and maintain digital databases.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
