The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including tasks such as opening and distributing mail, planning and controlling budgets, and answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including opening and distributing mail, planning and controlling budgets, and answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Oversee payroll administration.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
