Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Codes Corner Esso. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including daily operations, staff management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including evaluating and planning daily operations, managing staff, and assigning duties.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and implement price and credits policies.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, as well as determine staffing requirements.
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to work under pressure. You will also be responsible for handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Language: English.
