Key Responsibilities:- Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to work under pressure. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
