- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and implement customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses.
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Language: English.
