About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Salon Receptionist at LUXURY SALON & SPA LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients, directing them to the relevant service areas and ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Providing Information and Assistance

Offer basic information to clients and the public, responding to their queries and providing support as needed.

Processing Client Information

Collect and process client information required to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Switchboard and Telephone Operations

Operate the switchboard or telephone system, handling calls and messages with professionalism and efficiency.

Administrative Tasks

Perform a range of administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, maintaining records, and processing payments.

Scheduling and Confirming Appointments

Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.

Customer Service and Support

Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a sitting position for extended periods.

Requirements
