Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at LUXURY SALON & SPA LTD.

Job Summary:

The Beauty Salon Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage switchboard, process information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, provide directory assistance, and relay service to persons with disabilities.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide basic information to clients and the public.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Spa environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
