Job Title: Beauty Salon Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Beauty Salon Attendant to join our team at Annys Hair & Beauty Salon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Salon Operations: Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized salon environment, including the repair of equipment and the management of inventory.
  • Client Care: Offer guidance on beauty products and services, and provide information on treatments and promotions.
  • Appointment Management: Manage appointment bookings and ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, effective oral communication, and a customer-focused approach
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic salon environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the salon.
