About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Beauty Salon Receptionist at LUXURY SALON & SPA LTD. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas, providing clear and concise information about our services and facilities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process client information, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring that clients receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, manage client accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
  • Work Conditions: Sitting, 40 hours per week.
