About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Salon Receptionist to join our team at LUXURY SALON & SPA LTD. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas, providing clear and concise information about our services and facilities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all client information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, order office supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Setting: This position is based in a fast-paced spa environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
