We are a reputable and well-established beauty salon seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our team.

Job Summary

The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism among our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of beauty professionals to ensure they meet our high standards.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Plan and control the salon's budget and inventory.
    • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
    • Oversee the maintenance of the salon's facilities and equipment.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members.
    • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment.
