CANADA INC. is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Kitchen Operations Manager.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Determine portion sizes and costs, plan menus, and estimate food requirements to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet high-quality standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Maintain inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to prevent stockouts and waste.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a healthy environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in kitchen management or a related field.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, and a generous paid time off policy.
