About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure that our menu items are always available to our customers.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.

Training and Development

Train our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.

Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, consistently delivering a great experience for our customers.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.

Scheduling

Establish work schedules to ensure that our restaurant is adequately staffed at all times, meeting the needs of our customers.

We are looking for a Shift Manager who is client-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Efficient Interpersonal Skills

You will be responsible for communicating effectively with our staff, customers, and suppliers, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Excellent Oral Communication

As a Shift Manager, you will be required to communicate effectively with our staff and customers, using clear and concise language to ensure that our message is understood.

Flexibility

We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization, and we require our Shift Managers to be flexible and adaptable, able to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.

Team Player

You will be working as part of a team, and we require our Shift Managers to be team players, able to work collaboratively with our staff to achieve our goals.
