About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Supply Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure that our menu items are always available to our customers.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.

Training and Development

Train our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Scheduling

Establish work schedules to ensure that our restaurant is adequately staffed at all times, and that our staff are able to take breaks and time off as needed.

Personal Qualities
  • Client Focus

We are looking for a Shift Manager who is client-focused and able to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Interpersonal Skills

You will need to have efficient interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with our staff, management, and customers.

Communication

Excellent oral communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers and staff on a regular basis.

Flexibility

You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, such as unexpected staff absences or equipment failures.

Team Player

We are looking for a Shift Manager who is a team player and able to work collaboratively with our staff to achieve our goals.

Initiative

You will need to be proactive and take the initiative to identify and solve problems, rather than waiting for direction from others.

Dependability

We require a Shift Manager who is dependable and able to follow through on commitments.
