About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at The Sequence Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Hire and manage a team of food service staff.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Stand for extended periods and perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
