Job Title: Administrative Assistant

GJ2 LC1 FOOD SERVICES.INC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a large workload and attention to detail required. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong time management skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Term:

This is a permanent position.Hours:

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week.
