Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Greet and register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as well as answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
