Guest Services Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to lead our front-of-house team at Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the front office, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and key management.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of front desk agents, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, such as guest complaints or equipment malfunctions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-of-house role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, colleagues, and management.
