We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Penticton. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that our team is well-prepared and on track.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage office documentation, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using your excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
