Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Risk Management Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing group renewals, conducting marketing and quote comparisons, performing peer reviews, and providing project management support. Strong client service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Group Renewals
- Assess and negotiate renewal options to ensure optimal results.
- Write detailed reports and prepare presentations to communicate findings.
- Conduct thorough comparisons to identify the best quotes for our clients.
- Assess and negotiate quotes to secure the most favorable terms.
- Review and analyze experience reporting data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to enhance performance.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
