About the Role

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian-owned jewelry company, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Client Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand initiatives to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
  • Meet monthly sales targets while partnering with store management to effectively promote brand initiatives
  • Communicate customer feedback, business trends, and recommendations to the Retail Store Management Team
  • Support visual presentation standards, ensuring the store is replenished and visually appealing at all times
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years retail sales experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
