Client Service Representative

Medicentres Canada Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Call Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Call Centre team, including incoming and outgoing mail management, cheque deposit preparation, and various delivery/pick up tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide ongoing support, training, and coverage of other positions as needed.
- Assist with projects, including document preparation, marketing items, and promotional pieces.
- Process medical documents during the e-filing procedure.
- Greet and check-in clients for appointments, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Ensure the front area is presentable at all times.
- Successful completion of a business administration or medical administration certificate is considered an asset.
- Demonstration of a typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
- Previous experience working in a Call Centre or customer service-related employment is considered an asset.
- Professional demeanor over the phone and in person.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in an atmosphere of changing priorities and circumstances.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team and with individuals throughout the business to achieve optimal results.
