Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team at Medicentres Canada Inc. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including mail management, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, book appointments, and process payments for services rendered.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Project Support: Assist with projects, including document preparation, marketing materials, and promotional pieces.
  • Medical Document Processing: Process medical documents during the e-filing procedure and maintain accurate records.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and check-in clients for appointments, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Successful completion of a business administration or medical administration certificate is considered an asset.
  • Typing Speed: Demonstrate a typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience working in a Call Centre or other customer service-related employment is considered an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively within a team and with individuals throughout the organization.
