Job Title: Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team at Medicentres Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinics, including booking services, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and processing medical documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Book appointments and complete accompanying documentation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including cheque deposit preparation and bank drop off
  • Process medical documents during the e-filing procedure
  • Assist with projects, including document preparation and marketing materials
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve optimal results
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a business administration or medical administration certificate is considered an asset
  • Demonstration of a typing speed of at least 45 wpm
  • Previous experience working in a Call Centre or customer service-related employment is considered an asset
  • Professional demeanor over the phone and in person
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
  • High level of focus on client service and continuous improvement
