Job Title: Client Service Representative

Medicentres Canada Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Call Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring seamless administrative support across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including mail management, cheque deposit preparation, and delivery/pick-up tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide ongoing support, training, and coverage of other positions.
  • Assist with projects, including document preparation, marketing materials, and promotional pieces.
  • Process medical documents during the e-filing procedure.
  • Greet and check-in clients for appointments.
  • Ensure the front area is presentable at all times.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a business administration or medical administration certificate is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrate a typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
  • Previous experience working in a Call Centre or customer service-related employment is considered an asset.
  • Professional demeanor over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • High level of focus on client service, setting priorities based on client needs.
