We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team at Medicentres Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the clinic, including incoming and outgoing mail management, cheque deposit preparation, and various delivery/pick up tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Book appointments and complete all accompanying documentation, including processing payment for services rendered.
- Assist with projects, including document preparation, marketing items, and promotional pieces.
- Process medical documents during the e-filing procedure.
- Greet and check-in clients for appointments.
- Ensure the front area is presentable at all times.
- Successful completion of a business administration or medical administration certificate is considered an asset.
- Demonstration of a typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
- Previous experience working in a Call Centre or other customer service-related employment is considered an asset.
- Professional demeanor over the phone and in person.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in an atmosphere of changing priorities and circumstances.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team, and with individuals throughout the business, to achieve optimal results.
