We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pingping Wei Clinic. As an Administrative Assistant in a medical office setting, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and complete insurance and other claim forms.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Setting: Clinic environment.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
