Role Summary:

Blue Bird Travel, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office procedures and be able to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, and recording and preparing correspondence.

Office Management: Maintain accurate records, including employee data and information, and oversee the analysis of data.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints, and providing information to clients.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries and make reservations as necessary.

Requirements:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment.

Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, client focus.

Work Term: Permanent.

Work Language: English.

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
