Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Twisted Food Concepts INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet restaurant budget requirements.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training to improve skills.
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. However, you will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
