We are seeking a skilled Senior Workplace Safety Manager to join our team at BellPhillips Safety Group. This is a critical role that involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of health and safety standards within our organization.

Responsibilities- Assign projects to subordinates related to work safety, environmental safety, and accident prevention.
- Train staff on best practices and procedures for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Inspect workplaces for potential hazards and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety plans to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
- Evaluate work environments and programs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., occupational health and safety, business administration).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership or management position.
- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
